I have been a Client for many years , highly recommendable location. For multiple needs , Maria and her Staff are Amazing. Very Professional, I don't give recognition to just anyone, unless they deserve it ! your worker Natalia , who was assisting me Today was outstanding! She's so patient and warm welcoming to the clients. She, meets my standards, Expectations and needs which I went there for ! Giving this as a client towards your staff and team members! Maria is very useful and smart on what she does the issue is idk who to blame tbh but whenever I call - I say hi is Maria there and do I need an appointment for health insurance as Maria is a broker for health insurance her staff says NO . Then when I take time out of my day to drive to her location its locked ( mind you this is also at 11:35, when they say they open at 11 am) or Maria is not there . Mind you , I called to confirm all the details before hand a. Is Maria there, b.when and what time will she be there , c.what are your hours of operation and this has happened 3x now . What is the actual issue ??
