        Wow very disturbing! Insuring a Car under my friends policy who died in November. Sent them all the paperwork in December and never cancelled all his policies which they said they would. Now they are insuring a car he never had. Now they wont return my calls.

      In today's environment, we are committed to protecting our customers. You indicated to us that you are a friend of our customer and at the end of November requested policy changes on his policy even though you are not listed on any of his policies. We legally and procedurally cannot process these changes without legal documentation from you. My office has requested this from you on several occasions and you finally brought the document yesterday, 1/29.Our office strives to provide the best possible service to our customers.
