Without a doubt, best crew of guys I have ever dealt with as far as contractors go. Easy-going, super willing to make on the fly adjustments to things as needed, and very hard-working. Only contractor I ever saw put in a full days work!

First time customer. Our boiler went out during the night, freezing temperatures. I called Richards and they sent Michael A to assist me the very next morning. He came and did a tune up and filter change but unfortunately since our oil tank is outdoors with temperature dropping, he found ice build up in oil line also ice build up at the tank. He suggested I put an electric heater by it and let the sun hit it before he returned in hopes it thaws it out. Michael then had other houses to attend to in the meantime, he didnt return until later that night (understandable) but kept me updated at different hours if he was running late, finishing up a call, on his way and when he arrived. He returned as promised, and finished the rest of the work within 45 minutes! We rent this home so I was stressing out like crazy, even got worried I had already paid and signed off even though the work was half done. But Michael made me feel at ease and like I could trust him. He kept his word just as he reassured me. Michael was very polite, informative and knowledgeable! Thank you for your service. Will continue to use your services for future tune ups and will request Michael. We all were able to finally rest, along with my puppies. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
