Vista Visuals called my sign company asking to be considered a supplier of 3d mounted letters. In the interest of supporting a local company, and admiring the hustle of cold calling and asking for my business, I agreed to give them a job to produce. I was pleased with the price, and the turn around time that they quoted. They were pleasant to deal with and responsive. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was poor. They used the wrong adhesive tape for the application method. They forgot to send me a letter, and the paper pattern they supplied is unusable for the application process. When I called them, they did agree to take the letters back to put the proper tape on, and said they'd supply the missing letter. The letters got damaged while back in their care. They didn't include any touch up paint so I can't correct the letters and now the job is a week past due, with letters that look used. I have to redo the job with my other vendor, I'm out nearly $500, and I won't be giving Vista Visuals any more of my business in the future.
