        Waiting online for a drive-through they tell me the bagel isnt ready so they make me pull up and wait in the car for 10 minutes. The bagel still isnt ready I had to go in and ask for it and after all that I got home open up the bagel and theres barely any cream cheese.

        My first time coming here I used the drive thru to order a dozen donuts. They told me I didnt get to choose the donuts I wanted & if I wanted to do so Id have to go inside. The person who helped me said its because they have drive thru timers going & they needed to meet certain drive thru time goals. I get it. Its ridiculous. But dont tell a customer this! I ended up going to a different location.

        Somebody needs to check their system. Every time I come late at night the workers state the system is rebooting Ive come 2 days in a row and its the same deal. Is the system actually rebooting or the workers arent trying to do any work?
