        Very polite tellers, rarely more than a 5 minute wait. They also have a drive through & an ATM

        Terrible customer service, could never get through to speak to anyone and no one ever calls you back. I originally banked with Capital One and still do, but opened a business account with Chase. I should have just stuck with who I was already banking with, I'm not sure if all Chase branches are like this one, but I wouldn't recommend banking with this branch.

        Terrible customer service, don't put your money there, very slow with responding to your needs, the customer is not number one at all. No branch managers around to speak too on Saturdays?. Disorganized, and not truthful at all, I found out the hard way. Moving my business not that they would care anyway. Sad to see such a large company.
