I got an appointment over the phone (automated answering) and went to see the doctor. The staff said I dont have an appointment. When I showed the text message, they nicely blamed the system saying, your appointment hasnt gone through . Then I asked whether they can take me in as the doctor was still available. But the customer service gentleman came saying Doctor says cant see you. Not a good place to go. I can understand the system glitch. But dont understand how come the same problem with their staff too.

I made an original complaint about poor service. 1) the order was not processed correctly. 2) the website did not provide any info regarding the purchase 3) There was no notice about completion. 4) it took two months to fix 5) I was originally denied a copy of my order and invoice at the point of sale. I was instructed to have to wait 48 hours for this info which was promised to be sent by eMail. It never happened . This fact made it uncomfortable to complain about other aspects when I had no documentation of my own to show to the GM at the store. For example, I could not prove that my requested order was different than the order that they processed. 6) the GM intervened and finally did an excellent job in managing an acceptable outcome. 7) I am currently in process for a 3rd pair of glasses as a separate purchase.

Highly recommend Visionworks at Levittown. The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. Everyone goes the extra mile to make you feel right at home. Choose Visionworks over other eyeglass places.
