My experience was great the team that was working on my application was very helpful and knowledgeable in the field. Jermaine was my loan advisor hes an amazing person . He was dictated on getting my family to close on our home. I would definitely recommend UNMB to anyone that is interested in purchasing a home.

Ralph was amazing. Took everything at our pace and worked hard to get me and my husband approved for our started home. We are so lucky to have had him on our side. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs a loan!

Just closed on a house and the lender I had was Ros who was an absolute pleasure and privilege to work with. From the initial meeting I knew he was someone I wanted on my team and he has went above and beyond for me consistently throughout this whole process and kept me updated throughout the whole time and an absolute great person to work with. Working with Ros and UNMB bank has been great and I have been telling my other friends who are in the midst of buying a house to use them because bluntly put, they get stuff done. Ros is a great mortgage lender and will help you look at many different options and will truly advocate and fight for you to get the best option/deal possible and Im excited to work with them in the future for all real estate related transactions. Thank you so much Ros and UNMB for helping me close on my first property and soon to come many more!

I was working with a different company since November 2023 and that company was unable to help me, my frustration was growing and I started to feel like a failure until my wife reminded me of George O. from UNMB Home Loans Inc. who worked with me to secure a loan in 2019.
Immediately, after answering my call, he asked me to go on the portal to submit some documents and in between he talked to me till 10pm that night. George O. worked with me and was always available with his team (Irene G.) to answer any questions that I had. Because of George O. and Irene G., I was able to close on 3/12/2024.
I am thankful to God that he puts these two people in my paths. Because of them, I was able to buy a property on a two (2) acres land and my family will be moving out of NYC soon.
