        No customer service after I signed the contract and flawed design.

        we started our process six months ago and even now they do not have answers.. they knew from address it is for NY city, they measured 4 times, gave me quote for installation and now they are not installing, they sell cabinet lights, no one including their factory knows what is need to install them. No coordination, no follow up, totally disaster. think twice.

        WREN cabinets Levittown We have decided to go a different route with the cabinets. The process there at WREN was not the most pleasant. There seemed to be a sense of not being able to get the costs for each cabinet, hardware, etc. We wanted a break down of the costs and was given a total number. Also my wife and I were taken back when our designer whispered to her supervisor not to give us a printed copy of the layout. Very odd, nevertheless the measurements were not correct from the person who measured. From a starting point of 25,000 “without” rebates to 16,000 installed to 8,200 without installation. And the “design process” took 2 1/2 hours that I will never get back
