        This Stop & Shop goes above and beyond when it comes to Customer Service and making their customers happy. One of the many examples would be->I am 8 months pregnant and usually do the online pick up and anytime they realize they dont have an item, they call to see if I would like a substitute if the item I want is not available. Theres an option to choose a substitute whenever your item is out of stock and I never choose a substitute so its actually easier for them to leave that item off of my order. They dont leave it off and would rather follow up with me to confirm I dont want something else. Small gestures like this speaks volumes. Thanks to Ashley and the many other employees over in the Customer Pick Up department.
