We were looking for a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor which Art is. Art's presentation to my wife & I was impressive, no condescension when asked questions which was not the same for the other contractors, he had cut out of the units so we could determine the best locations.
We installed two quad systems, which Art installed in an impressive timeline, he went above and beyond the scope of his work by patching some large holes. Everything was left very clean.
Our systems has been installed a year with zero issues. Art has been very enthusiastic with follow-ups.
As someone who has been in the construction industry for 30yrs Art is a rarity in his knowledge, installation process, disposition and integrity. We highly recommend A & R Technical.

With so many air conditioning installers available, it can be challenging to select the best one. Fortunately, we selected A&R Technical Corp.
Arthur was very patient and explanatory in presenting all the options available. Once our decision was made, the entire installation process was excellent. He and his assistant worked efficiently and neatly. All details as to the operation of the units were explained and demonstrated. Arthur even made follow-up phone calls to insure that our system was operating properly. Overall, the customer service dedication was excellent and the units all work perfectly.

I highly recommend A&R Technical Corp. I needed an old broken ductless AC system replaced, after meeting with a few companies I decided to go with A&R and a Mitsubishi setup. I am very happy with how the entire process went, from the initial quote to the finished installation. Art, the owner, is professional and honest, and really knows his stuff. Communication was great with all questions answered, and everything carried out as planned. On top of that, A&R is a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, which means you get the maximum warranty period available. I would certainly do business again
