Just wanted to send a huge thank you to Kris at MKM Specialty Cleaning for the great service received. My wife and I had a previous cleaning service done by another company and our couch ended up in worse condition as the solutions used were not meant for our couch material. Right off the bat, Kris asked me for the cleaning code on our tag to make sure the couch would be cleaned properly. Not only is the couch now much cleaner and simply feels fresher, but Kris provided us with guidance on how to maintain it for ourselves going forward and that was much appreciated. I had my whole one bedroom apartment cleaned and it took about 2 hours. Left and came back to an immaculate apartment. Floors, kitchen, the stove, bathroom and bedroom were spotless. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Great service!!
