I couldnt be happier with my experience! I was in and out within an hour! Service from the receptionist to the techs was excellent!

Went for breast sonogram. Receptionist were a little unprofessional. Technician was not very friendly, very short. She was not comforting at all knowing people are already nervous, she did nothing to help with my discomfort!

Took 3 weeks to get an appt. Waited followed all instructions just to get there early in the AM. To be declined because no prescription. No call to remind of appointment and or instructions. Had i been told the scriot was neccessary i would of brought it. They had 3 weeks to inform me? Or bare minimum reach out to my doctor to get the script. Simple instructions would of suficed. Instead of waisting people time and your loss of income and wasted appointment. Dr offices need to stop relying on the patient to do their work. If a script is needed , an email to the dr office, fax, a phone call anything ?

They were very professional and patient. They take most if not all insurances.
