We were up in Latham, NY on our way to viewing the solar eclipse when our car started shuddering and making a funny noise. We didn't want to end up breaking down in the middle of nowhere on our way up to Plattsburgh so we found a mechanic shop nearby. The guys at this place were wonderful. They did a quick diagnostic and after a delay to get the parts we needed, they also did the work required very quickly. They were good natured and able to explain what was happening and keep us updated. I'm very grateful that we ended up in their kind, capable hands.

I ran over a bolt driving close by this shop so that I had to take an emergency turn in to their shop for immediate repair. Sam and the team were transparent, friendly, and considerate to the situation and got me in and out with ease. Their customer service was consistently great for every other customer that walked into the shop, and called in, while I was waiting for service. I recommend them for honest work that is not outrageously priced.

Over Thanksgiving break my tire went flat, house full, company here and my tire is on back order. Matt and Sam went out of their way to find me a used tire with the correct tread over a holiday. I will never go anywhere else.
