        The two young gentlemen were attentive to my inquiries and both worked on preparing my samples. One young man after seeing the number of swatches I picked out, told me about the virtual color consultation. What a wonderful service. My colors were all selected during my consultation. Ten star customer service !!!

        I use this store frequently, because I am painting many rooms in my house. The sales clerks are very helpful and always pleasant. They are able to answer my questions. I use the best paint they sell, which isn't carried by Lowes. It doesn't drip and goes on smoothly, but I usually need 2 coats.

        I had an amazing experience today at sherwin Williams thanks to Sheik. His customer service was outstanding, and the paint I was looking for he made it possible by mixing two shades of white to give me exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received today. He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect paint. I would definitely will be purchasing my future paint from this location thanks to Sheik.

        Went to the store in Latham on Saturday September 30th around 4pm. The kid behind the counter was sitting down and on his phone watching videos. He was not helpful. He told us and someone else who came in that the paint tint machine was down and he couldn't tint any paint. I think he just didn't want to do any work. He probably lost a ton of money for the store. We ended up going to Lowes.
