Recently purchased a great single family home in an area we were hoping to live in, with the exceptional help of Layne. Through every step of the process Layne was there day and night for any questions we had and even offered any astute advice that she had to offer. My partner and I were both new to real estate and Layne was exceptionally helpful at every showing pointing out anything that she had concerns about at the various properties we visited. We were very active in our search for a home, but Layne was always offering up listings that fit our criteria. Ultimately she pointed out the open house that led us to the purchase of our new home. I would recommend Layne at every opportunity that was presented.

Layne was amazing to work with. She was knowledgeable about the market and homes. She was very patient working with us and didn't push us to make a decision. When we found the perfect home, she negotiated the purchase price which is unheard of in this sellers market. She made herself available for all inspections and always had a smile. Highly recommend!!
