Ryan is an outstanding realtor and I highly recommend him. I have worked with him three times, twice to sell a house and once to buy, and each time he has gone above and beyond for me. The first house Ryan sold for me was the trickiest and I could tell immediately that he was very different from other realtors I had worked with. This was a starter home in an undesirable neighborhood and I had tried three times to sell with no success. Ryan went through the house from top to bottom learning absolutely everything about it. The pictures he took were incredible and generated immediate interest. He also did extensive market research to get our price just right. Most importantly, Ryan was active and responsive. So many realtors just don't care enough to actually answer to phone or drop what they're doing to open up for a showing. I was incredibly impressed by how Ryan was always eager to talk to a potential buyer or get the house ready to show. I had more communication from him in a week than I did in months with other realtors. After being on the market for 3 years, Ryan sold that first house in less than two months. The second house we worked with him on he sold in less than a week. When we wanted to buy, Ryan found us exactly the property we were looking for and managed to keep it within our budget. I really can't say enough about Ryan Hoffman. He actually works hard for you when every other realtor I've worked with just doesn't seem to care. He is open and communicative and outstanding at his job. I highly recommend him.
