My experience was awful with the staff member they matched me up with. She asked me the same questions that I had to fill out prior to my appointment. Her tone and facial expressions were very negative for someone in this position, I was expecting different . It wasnt until the last two minutes. I saw a different person. Highly unprofessional! I even called and reached out to a superior, and still have not yet received a call back. Very disappointing for someone in this field.

If I could I wouldn't even give this practice even one star because their not even worth that not the way I was treated by their incompetent staff member Linda Leonard. I was in the hospital for a month. I was in the ICU for 10 days 8 in which I was on a ventilator. Due to a very serious suicide attempt. I made matters very clear multiple times with this staff member. She gave me an extremely hard time and went about matters in a cold and disgusting manner.

My teenage daughter has been a patient for a couple years now. I think that it's good that she has another adult to talk to, as our kid's don't always feel comfortable telling us "everything". Even though I find the appointment hours quite inconvenient, during the school year, my daughter insists on going, and swears it helps. Besides running on bank hours, the only other thing that I wish the office would consider, would be group therapy. I think that it would be helpful for her, and other teens who are struggling with social/emotional anxiety. In my own experience I found that group therapy, made me more accountable, and honest with myself and other's. At the end of the day though, I'm just proud of my daughter for wanting to better herself.

I was therated by Alley and now I have to find someone else to help me. Apparently people wit BPD are monsters. Not to mention how unprofessional this place is. A psychiatrist shouldn't be swearing and threatening to beat me up because of a side effect I was having. Also in the appointment Alley comparing me to Amber heard. EXTREMELY Unprofessional
