Quality Inn & Suites Albany Airport

If I could give it zero stars I would. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was hands down the worst hotel experience Ive ever had. They upgraded us and me and my wife were super happy about that and were thankful until we got that On arriving the place just looked run down and dingy it smelled of cigarettes in the lobby and room. The room looked like it hasnt been cleaned in a while and the furniture was screaming to be put out of its misery. I had holes in the sheets when I checked, stains were everywhere and hairs everywhere. The last straw was the 2 bugs within an hour thats when we left and asked for a refund which they did The most telling part is when I went to the front desk and told them all of this he didnt even seem surprised all Very sus place dont stay here

For a one-night stopover and rest between Montreal and New York it is ideal. It's sure it's not the Riz-Carlton but the room is OK and the shower too. Well better than youth hostels.

Per their website it clearly states 2BEDROOM, however the pictures were not clear so I called to confirm. They in fact do not have a 2BEDROOM suite it is only a 1BEDROOM Suite. The front desk employee was rude when inquiring and hung up.

Was very clean n affordable rooms and def would recommend to others Nearby activities: Close to local shopping centers and other shops for food n drinks or fun activities Safety: Very safe area and been here several times with wife and had to leave her for hours at a time to work and she never felt unsafe of threatened Walkability: Everything is close by within walking distance Food & drinks: Not much at the hotel but close by to order in or go out
