        Room was okay. Clean with the exception of a crushed piece of candy on the floor. A little dated. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. Breakfast staff was exceptional and super friendly.

        A very nice stay on our way to Washington. Quiet, good service and good food and drinks. All was very clean. Highly recommend Very good and diverse breakfast

        I stayed the night since we had no power, and it was a wonderful stay, no problems at all. I've driven by here 100x and was happy the option was open and available Very warm, quiet, and clean. There are dogs staying, but I didn't hear them at all. Rooms: Clean and comfortable rooms Safety: Your car is safe, and there was a cop that does drive throughs in the parking lots. Food & drinks: Breakfast in the morning and a restaurant on the grounds.

        The Century House is well located for visiting the Albany area. The service is exceptional. Everybody who works there seemed happy and helpful. The breakfast comes with the price of the hotel room. The menu has many options, including designing your own omelet. It's much better than is typically found at hotels. The rooms are comfortable, with space for sitting and closets for bags.

        1. Cleanliness: 2.5/5, we paid extra for an "upgraded" renovated room. Ceiling paint in bathroom is flaking, cobwebs and dust everywhere, and found a spider in the room. 2. Room Amenities: 2/5, there is nowhere convenient to plug in your charging cables. When we entered the room, the alarm clock and 2 lamps had been left unplugged and we had to figure out where to plug them back in and where to plug our chargers. 3. Bathroom Amenities: 3/5 4. Shower Quality: 3/5, got very hot but only average water pressure. 5. Bed Comfort: 3/5, too firm for me but still comfortable 6. Guest Service: 2/5, check-in took an inordinate amount of time at 10pm, and when we asked if we could check out late, we were told there would be a $25 fee for checkout. Wild. I'd honestly rather be told there's just no availability. 7. View: 3/5 8. Breakfast/food: 4/5, breakfast is included and is above average. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel. 9. Location: 4/5 10. Bonus points: n/a
