Agron was knowledgeable and very helpful with servicing of our air purifier and the purchase of our new vacuum which replaced an older Aerus vacuum. The whole experience was great!

What a pleasurable experience. Agron went above and beyond explaining all the products. I appreciate his patience as I asked him a million questions trying to understand what would fit my needs. My grandmother had and electrolux for decades and she past it on to my mother who also used electrolux. I brought it to see if they could try to fix the one that my mother gave me, which was 30 years old, but I really wanted a new one, it was time! Agron was so kind and polite, he recommended me the Platinum and I also purchased their famous air purifier from Aerus Electrolux. What a great deal I got! I am so happy and content. Their customer service is exceptional! Happy to have a store like this in our town!

Our experience with purchasing a new Electrolux/ Aerus vacuum from Agron was excellent. What a lovely young man, and very knowledgeable about the product. We have always had 2 vacuums in our home- one for each floor and wanted to replace our 20+( yes 20! ) year old one. Since it was during Covid, Agron came to our home and demonstrated the vacuum outside and let us take it in our home to try it out on our floors and rug. It works so well- the suction is strong, and it even has a stair cleaning attachment which I really wanted! It also cleans upholstery very well. It has other useful attachments as well. Agron was knowledgeable and great to work with. He also serviced our other 15 year old vacuum and it is working better now. If one needs bags or servicing but can't come to the Larchmont store, he can drop them off or check out the vacuum and then service it at the store if need be. We have now owned the new one for several months and are very pleased. It is on the expensive side but I have always been happy with this vacuum brand and the quality seems to have continued with Aerus/ Electrolux. The ease of service is a major factor for us as well.
