Gregory was an amazing salesman when it came to helping us understand the 2024 Lexus RX, understanding payment, and information on my lease.         Recently, I leased a new Lexus vehicle from this dealership and the service I received was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They took the time to understand my needs as well as my wants and helped me find the perfect car for me. Isaiah and Luis were knowledgeable about the different models and features, and were able to answer all of my questions. They were patient and never pushy, allowing me to take my time to make a decision. They were both extremely welcoming! The financing process was smooth and efficient, they were very transparent and there was none of the back and forth you experience at most dealerships. After leasing the car, the dealership continues to provide excellent service. They have been responsive to any inquiries I've had and have made sure that I am satisfied with my purchase. Overall, I highly recommend this Lexus dealership for their great service and professionalism. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience purchasing my new vehicle.
