I was worried about my package coming from overseas as I had a bad experience in the past ..I tried to get in touch with Pam, Mrs Perry ( no one there knows her last name )....I called several times but I couldn't get Michelle, the first lady who promised to take care of me, always someone else picking up the phone...I finally got it a month later...I was released....she was so kind in the meantime to forward all my mails...some of them were from last year...!!!

The post office lost my mail with money orders again, second time in 6 months. this time it was certified mail with two money orders so I was able to track it And I was tracking it on my phone and it didn't seem to leave larchmont facility for about 3 days days straight. Its still showing in transit.. 14 days later.. when I went back to the Larchmont office to speak to the post master to see if they can maybe help me track my missing mail I was met with the most unprofessional rude person who called himself a supervisor. Domenic Watson was by far the most unhelpful person i ever had to deal with. This guy was just generally uninterested in customer service or being helpful in any way. when I tried to explain that the operator at the 800 number said that my mail never left their facility so maybe there's something that can be done On his end?once he heard that though ,he went into parrot mode and just kept repeating himself that all the mail left that same day period end of story.. Then just ignored me and left me hanging. I will drive to another location to file my claim for reimbursement.the two stars is because the operator on the phone was very kind and courteous and did try to help as much as she could otherwise I'd like to give 0 stars for this experience.

It never fails that when I am in this post office that the staff is unprofessional and rude. The tone and manner in which they speak to customers is unacceptable. They are knowledgeable and are capable of handling their tasks but the way they go about their duties makes you wanna pick another post office. This a consistent problem that I have witnessed on multiple occasions with multiple customers.
