We are from texas , we were not informed of the unusually warm weather there. The room was horribly hot . We were given upon request 2 tiny fans . We were trying to make best of it . There was absolutly nothing to do there for senior citizens . Then We were called back to texas for a family medical emergency and not offered any refund . I certainly will not refer any one to summit cove for vacation anytime

I feel like I was ripped off. They say free installation but when I got my quote the installation is NOT free. We called because we thought it was an error, but no. Almost $700. For installation.

I scheduled two appointments with this company and they did not show up either time. During the second appointment, the technician arrived but never rang the bell. After calling 7 times, he finally returned my call and told me that he wasn't coming back. I've called the company multiple times, I've emailed and contacted via Facebook. They are a SCAM AND I WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!
