I have always enjoyed Lisa's live shows on Wednesday nights. But recently had a bad experience. I was told a purse that I was interested in was going to be on the live and watching the whole live on Valentine's Day and it wasn't on there. I didn't receive my invoice for two pairs of shoes and I ask about it she said she was verifying one of the shoes was available that I was going to purchase. Then finally got back to me, but still didn't send the link to purchase. She wanted to charge my credit card a fee because I couldn't get the link. I then said no and she said this one time would be a courtsey not to charge me. But then got nasty that I didn't do it right away and threathen me not to be able to watch the lives. Then has the nerve to ask me if I still wanted the items. I said really and she blocked me. Bad business person. I hope no one else goes through this because I love the stuff I have received but I will not be treated like this from anyone.

This store provides one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences I have had in a long time! Whether in person in the charming Larchmont, NY shop, or online for the fabulous Wednesday night instagram live sessions, LuxuryFashion NY provides top designers, hard to find items and incredible prices. Customer services is unparalleled. This "woman owned small business" provides a best in class experience for all!

I absolutely love this store. The owner, Lisa, is really passionate about making fashion accessible to everyone. I have bought at least 5 pieces from her which have failed to disappoint. Currently consigning with her as well. Shes extremely responsive and hard working.

I highly recommend Lisa for shopping in her beautiful store and on her lives on instagram. Also her store is located in a great neighborhood in Larchmont. She has a huge variety of name brands with great prices. It was a pleasure meeting her personally. I was completely impressed with her professionalism and great customer service as well. I will definitely continue shopping with her.
