Besroi Roofing & Siding

We hired Besroi to side our detached garage, following which we planned on siding our house. Got estimates for both jobs. Garage was sided by subcontractors. Its appearance looked good initially. I called to see when the rep. was coming out to review the job, and finalize the siding for house. Despite several calls, no one came out or returned my calls. Within the first week after siding installation we noticed on one end of the garage that corner siding kept sliding down exposing the underlying garage wall. I called, related the above and was asked to email pictures of the siding issue, which I did that same day. After a week went by, I emailed and asked the receptionist to confirm she had received the pictures. After another week with no response to that second email I called and spoke with receptionist who acknowledged they had received the pictures and told me they would be getting back to me. That was over one month ago. At this point we are going to look for another siding company, who can fix the siding issue on our garage, and use to side our home. Based on our experience we would never recommend this company. ** 11/14/23 update: The day after submitting this review I received a call from Todd at Besroi, who setup an appointment to come out and discuss our posted concerns. He came out 11/14/23, inspected the garage work issues, and committed to having them addressed. He related there have been some staff related communication failures which are being addressed by company leadership. He offered to have our house sided by their internal team, instead of subcontractors. Based on his explanation and commitment to addressing our concerns, we have decided to agree to have them side our home. ** 11/21/23 update The crew handling repairs came out and secured the corner issue and addressed all 4 corners while here. The gap noted above was pretty much closed. Picture to follow. Based on this their rating was updated. ** 12/23/23 update The picture (with the snow in the background) is the final result. ** 4/5/2023 update Their internal team of Dan and Roman just finished siding our home. Our home offered more than a few challenges due to its unique stonework. Dan is truly a craftsman, because the finished result was better than we had hoped! Based on how the house came out, we are upgrading their rating to 5 star and would highly recommend them to others having siding done!

When searching for roofing contractors Besroi stood out from the rest. Our project needs consisted of finding a contractor to provide new roofs for our (18) buildings, (92) unit condo community. From Brian in the field helping to educate our HOA board, to Jess in their office assisting with the paperwork and logistics, everyone was extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to educate us on the best shingles and skylights for our location, they explained timelines and handled all the communication with the affected residents. The install crews were polite and professional. There is no better company to work with! The entire Evergreens HOA would like to thank Besroi for making our reroofing experience a pleasant one.
