Nothing they told me was true, this is the worst consumer experience Ive had in the last ten years of my life, but my memory isnt that great so it could be even longer. Go anywhere else before going here, I would even suggest youd be better off learning how to wrap your own car before patronizing this place.

Scratched my car while wrapping my window trim. Offered me a refund but couldn't send it until they "had a little extra cash". Sent numerous emails without a reply. Finally gave up on my refund. I would recommend going elsewhere for wrap work. Unprofessional and poor customer service.

Honestly just don't go here. Originally scheduled an appointment here but after seeing some questionable pictures of the quality of their work I cancelled my appointment. Never signed anything agreeing to a date or anything, only put a deposit down. Asked for it back and got ignored and excuses for 3 weeks. Thank God I went through PayPal or I would have never gotten my $750 back. Terrible customer service.

Great and friendly business. Shawn is super friendly and willing to get work done. I had a roof wrap done by executive 6 months ago and and it started to peel in the heat. I contacted Shawn and he fixed it for free.

Pathological liar. Customer beware! This is how I am starting my New Year: going to court and suing him for fraud. Shawn had my car for over 3 months. He sent multiple texts messages stating he is actively working on wrapping the car. When he refused to send pictures of his progress I knew something was wrong. I had to complete a police report. I finally got my car back. This car has never seen a winter. When I went to pick it up with the police It wouldn't start and he had it exposed outside in the cold elements unlocked. This car is a classic convertible that should not have been exposed to any snow, salt etc. I had to jump start the car in order to transfer it to another mechanic. When I picked up the car there was absolutely no evidence that the work had even been started.
