Absolutely horrible customer service. I called four times before they finally answered. I never scheduled an appointment and we left it at just drop it off and well let you know when we can look at it and unfortunately I couldnt get there but wasnt worried because I was under the impression it was informal with no appointment scheduled. I called later to schedule and appointment and Bob said take it somewhere else and hung up. I guess thats whats you get when you deal with pieces of human garbage.

I have been taking my automotive work to B&S for almost 20 years. Bob and crew do great, honest work. He is my only go-to for auto repairs. I recommend B&S 110%.
