        Uncontrolled gray pitbull running around the complex and neighboring cemetery without a leash. Attacked my (leashed) dog twice, in cemetery and on the road adjacent to the complex. Will refer animal control and police to the management office for remediation. It is clearly no longer safe to walk outside without risk of injury. Edit: I wasn't on their property during this incident, and the owner was not female. This owner response was clearly for a different dog altercation.

        Toured these apartments and love the style of the buildings. All of the rooms are large, my balcony faces all greenery and having a washer and dryer in my apartment is important. Cable television and high speed internet included in the rent definitely solidified my decision.

        If you pay $1490 for this appt with leaky windows and subpar repair you will be sorry! These are way overpriced for the conditions they are in. So happy we moved and got out of there!

        Great experience overall. The property manager (Samantha) and maintenance manager (Sam) were both fantastic and helpful with every single request. They were responsive and available. Apartments are nice, quiet, and a good value for the area. They aren't luxurious, but they are nice. I recommended this complex to multiple friends, which I wouldn't do if I didn't believe in them.

      We're so sorry about what happened. We took a look into the issue, and found that our resident was walking her dog on a leash. Unfortunately, you both happened to be turning the corner of a garage bay at the same time. Because of that, you both were surprised and your dogs jumped. We would like to point out that you're not a resident of Brookhaven Apartments, so this issue could have been avoided.
