Recently sold my house using Amy Prego's services during this pandemic.  She is a nice lady but either she straight up lied to me about how much I would receive after the sale or she doesn't know what a seller's concession is.  I wouldn't complain if there was a few hundred dollars difference but in the end I was short $6000!  During the closing I asked for clarification from my lawyer as to how Mrs Prego came up with this number and contacted her during the closing since realtors cannot be at the closing due to COVID regulations.  I asked her why is the net so much lower than what she and I agreed upon.  Her answer?  "I don't know". I cannot, in good conscience, recommend her!
