Was at the st. Pattys day parade and got some Mac and cheese from their food truck. NO JOKE the BEST Mac and cheese Ive had in my life. Cheesy with strong flavors this is not to be missed and very reasonable at $7

Rolling Smoke food truck is AMAZING. We booked them for our backyard bash this past weekend with 118 guests. The food was delicious and everyone raved about it. Their crew was fast, friendly, and accommodating. We highly recommend using Rolling Smoke because their food and service was phenomenal. THANK YOU for making our party fantastic.

We had a company event last week, and it was amazing. The communication leading up to the lunch (with Kerry) was great, the food was excellent, and everything was well organized. They really take pride in what they do, keep up the good work!

Had Rolling Smoke at an event and couldnt wait to use them as their food absolutely delicious!! Had a surprise party for my sons 21st birthday and everyone of his friends were raving over the food. I got a few texts the next day asking the name of the caterer that we used so I hope you get a lot of calls after this. they are the nicest, kindest accommodating caterer Ive ever worked with. I know they also have a food truck. Just wanna let people know that I know thats something people do like to have as well today. Trust me, you will not be disappointed and even if youre not a cornbread person, you have to get it and I would get a lot of it because it is out of this world, looking forward to my next party to use them again. Highly recommend.
