took my mower in for repair. Very helpful people, took it out of my car for me. The price was reasonable, work done in a timely manor & everyone I dealt with was pleasant

I wish I read the reviews before. Complete bait and switch business. I was quoted a price for a lawn mower service and to repair the pull cord. They charged me another $50 over the initial quote when it was done, including switching out the blade that is 4 years old when I never asked him to. When I confronted the owner Raymond asking why they didn't call me first when the price was higher than quoted (For things I didn't ask for or need), he said to take a look at the "fine print" on the quote receipt (It says 'We call customers only if the repair is more than 50% initial quote'). So this is a disclaimer they use to be able to rip people off over quote without asking permission. His employee actually said to me this happens all the time and he's getting sick of being the one that takes the brunt of the customer's anger. This is only the 2nd negative review I've ever left for a business. I had to because I know I was flat out ripped off. I'm taking Raymond Mercedo to small claims as well. I can't let this go. Avoid this business like the plague.

Im sorry I read all the reviews and it appears that the bad reviews were written by the same people or a group of the same people. I have ,been aware of this location for over 40 years I wouldnt think a business would survive 40+ years conducting themselves the way these bad reviews state they did! ? From my experience and observation all work is done in accordance with policies that have been developed over the 40+ years. These policies explain in detail what the consumer can expect and before anything is completed other than the bench check which there is a $45 charge for, they are contacted explained in detail what needs to be done and approximately how much it would cost. Everything is upfront. If the consumer decides to go ahead with the repair once completed they are given a written warranty, no surprises!! Once again you wouldnt expect the business to survive over 40 years conducting themselves the way the negative reviews on this website claim they were treated. And I emphasize the word CLAIM
