After serving his country in the United States Navy, Joseph A. Weber Sr. wanted to return home to serve the community he was raised in. In 1948, Joseph and his wife Ada opened the doors of Joseph A. Weber Funeral Home on Hawkins Avenue in Lake Ronkonkoma, not far from the home Joseph was born in on Old Nichols Road. As Lake Ronkonkoma's original funeral home, Joseph sought to provide compassionate and affordable funeral services to Lake Ronkonkoma, Ronkonkoma, and all of the surrounding communities.Nearly 65 years later Joseph A. Weber Funeral Home, Inc. is in the same location and still owned and operated by the Weber family. Today, Joseph A. Weber Jr. manages the funeral home with the same core values that his father did. One value that Joseph Sr. installed in his son was to remember his roots and treat his neighbors how he would like to be treated. This principle is evident in every funeral with Joseph A. Weber Funeral Home's affordable pricing and compassionate staff.

The makeup they use... horrendous. They did not ask for a picture of my grandfather to make the makeup more realistic for him. Very devastating to see. We asked them to part his hair a different way for the next day and remove some makeup, both they ignored.
They did not post the obituary online until two days into the wake. That is unacceptable.
My sister in law tried to have something embroidered in the casket two days before the wake, and the guy could care less. He literally told her that he's busy and to just call back. That it's not good timing for him. Um excuse me, this is our family member and it's disgusting that a funeral home has the audacity to speak to someone like that in mourning. Needless to say they did embroider it but it was a hassle and took multiple calls to complete.
I do not recommend.
