He is a very professional and thoughtful doctor who explained my questions very well. To see him, I had to make an appointment 9 months ahead but it was worth it. He kindly asked questions and thoroughly explained about my child's problems with good advise.

In my experience Dr Preston was very informative. Yes it took almost a year to get an appointment but sadly that is the new normal. I was a nervous wreck and he took the time to at least give me an update (and my sons testing is not completed). I was expecting to leave there with NO answers but he did give me some insight which was spot on! For those saying he does not listen to the parents I can see what they mean however I don't want him to make a diagnosis based on what I say, I rather him do his testing and form his own opinion which he did. The front desk was nice and the woman performing the test was delightful. I'm very happy with everyone there!

Made an appointment 11 months ago for August. I understand everything is messed up, but I booked an appointment with Dr. Preston because of a recommendation from someone with first hand experience with him and I was willing to wait a full year to see him. Due to covid and things being online we were pushed off onto another Dr.a to do virtual visits, a little bit earlier than our scheduled appt., Dr. Preston's recommendation. We had 2 virtual visits and the Dr was very nice but, honestly I wanted to see who I waited for, now I find out my in person visit will be with another different Dr. Sorry but when dealing with children, consistency is key. Very unprofessional of the office. Very unprofessional to push off your appointments to other Drs. when someone is specifically requesting you, now I've waited a year to see doctors I don't have a direct recommendation for, what a waste of my and my kids time.
