This is a beautiful store to visit. Great variety available in regular merchandise and clearance. It is very easy to find things. The store and displays are well organized. Georgie is one of the best there is!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Victoria Secret in Smithhaven Mall. Last week, I bought three pairs of sweatpants, each costing $60. The first time I wore and washed the golden oak colored pair, they came out damaged and stained. One of the three sales associates I spoke with also confirmed that the sweatpants were poorly made. I attempted to exchange them for another color. Initially, they seemed willing to help but then asked for additional payment, despite the pants being on sale at 40% off, which should have entitled me to a refund or at least an even exchange. After some back-and-forth, where I was told I was being done a favor, I requested the manager. The manager then unjustly accused me of damaging the pants with bleach. When I disputed her claim, she refused to provide her supervisor's details and told me to return the following week. Security was called, but I stayed to contact customer relations, who initially were unhelpful. When I attempted to share my concerns with this rep, she responded as though I was a bother. It seemed she had no interest in hearing me out. Subsequently, she placed me on hold to contact the manager at the Smithhaven location, as she was based in Ohio. Meanwhile, I discovered several negative reviews for the sweatpants on the Victoria secret website, including a report with a similar issue. Despite sharing this, they refused to acknowledge the problem and eventually had security escort me out. I contacted customer relations again and spoke with a more helpful representative who filed a complaint on my behalf. As an apology, they are sending me a new pair of sweatpants. The store staff, especially the manager on duty on Monday, March 11 at 1 PM, showed poor customer service and accountability. Customer relations conceded that this particular store tends to be difficult regarding returns and product issues. They noted that the approach taken would be formally reported.

i come to this store all the time and i've never had a problem until today. there was an open box of underwear out and i was looking at it and some old lady comes over rude as hell with an attitude saying "don't touch that. anything we have is already out. that whole box was just organized." first off the box was a mess and nothing was organized. second the box was open right next to the displays of underwear with no sign saying not to touch it so how was i supposed to know. and third she could have been so much nicer by saying something along the lines of "hey just so you know anything in there is on the floor already" and i would have happily looked anywhere else. no attitude or rude response was needed for such a small mistake that we couldn't have known. very disappointed with the service.
