I have had John from this Company help me for several years dealing with different problems. My first experience with this amazingly good individual was pre-pandemic when I was dealing with a refrigerant leak from my old AC compressor unit. I had another vendor check out the issue and they simply told me that the unit was old and I should replace it. John from Rainbow came for evaluation and spent 2 hours tracking down and repairing the leak. My system was recharged and continues to work great. My second time working with this Company was about 2-3 years ago. My upstairs AC unit was broken and couldnt be repaired. I had a brand new system installed by Rainbow for a price that was significantly less than his competition (several thousands). The system is great and was impeccably installed. My most recent experience related to a heating issue on my older Unit. Initially John was booked for a few days, so I needed to get another vendor to prevent damage to house. In short, a vendor in the east end ( I should mention their name but will save it for their review), tried to scare my wife into replacing the whole system for 15-17k. In lieu of replacing the Unit, they offered to change 2-3 parts (for a few thousand dollars, but couldnt guarantee that it would work). Terrible intimidation tactics when theres no heat. They got me on the phone too and pushed to lock in an install date. I asked for a printed quote and tried calling John one more time to see if what I was being told could possibly be true. He was so nice and helpful! He had a change in his plans, which freed him to come the next day and check out the problem. He found the issues. He replaced the broken parts and I now have a functioning system. Guess what? For 1/3 of the competitors quote. What integrity! ! Hes the last of a dying breed, the ethical business man. If you need any HVAC work youd be crazy not to meet him and get his thoughts on your job. Hes A+ in my book. Completely satisfied every time.

Oh my i was looking for someone to fix my AC and he asked where i was located i answered and GREAT RESPONSE !!! Have a great day and he hung up on me DUHH what kinds of businesses is that ??!!!

Rainbow Environmental Systems helped me with the design and installation of a six zone Mitsubishi mini split system in my new construction home. The units were built into the design of the house and hidden from view. Rainbow was there to review the approach and options that were available every step of the way. The system was even built in such a way that I can add two more zones with minimal effort in the future for potential additions we noted we may have. Everything was very professional and meticulous, and I would highly recommend them.
