Fairfield properties

Would give this place zero stars if possible. They act like nice in the beginning but take forever when something occurs. Due to a water/ HVAC problem on their part it has caused roaches to enter the building then give you the run around about an exterminator which still has not come yet to cause even a bigger infestation!!! They will not accommodate for any of your belongings being infested or many health problems that may occur! Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else if your going to pay this much atleast have peace of mind in your own apartment!!!

What an absolute pleasure dealing with Terrance! He was extremely professional and responded to all of our texts and answered all our questions. He is very passionate about his job and was extremely informative. The updated apartments are top of the line and the decor and quality is above expectations. The approval process was by far easier then expected and application was approved in a day! Their promo offered a month free and $150 off for a year, and deposit is only $99. Too good to be true, but it is! The grounds are impeccable and maintained beautifully. Make it a point to check it out!

You can hear EVERYTHING from all neighbors including those BELOW you. I had to move from the first floor to the second after having called cops due to above noise. It is not safe walking around at night. And although I left the aparment in prestine condition, I did not get my security back until OVER 7 months later, and that was only because I filed in small claims otherwise Id likely have never received it. They waited until A WEEK before the court date to suddenly return my security in full. Coincidence?

Have lived here for a few years. I actually like it. Its got a good location in the middle of everything. I feel like anything I could ever want is right around the corner. They have been slowly updating the apartments over the years. They are ok. Nice big walk in closet. I really like the Terrance. Its very peaceful. The neighbors & neighborhood is completely safe. I have no idea what that other review was about. You see a fair share of college students from Stony Brook renting apartments. I do agree the service isnt great. If you have a problem you do have to go through all the channels to get anything done. And Fairfield acts like most big corporations. You wont get much of a relationship with them. But overall its been a nice experience living here. Great location!
