    I would advise any future shoppers to look at the return policy posted at the far side of the counter. I purchased clothes on September 26 for my grand daughter for Christmas. When I tried to return them on December 28th I was informed that they have a 45 day return policy. I was unable to get a store credit or my money back even though I had the original receipt.

    We do a ton of the kids school shopping here. The prices are normally really good and they do have great deals if you time it right. The staff is normally very helpful and the stock is traditionally full

    I placed an online order to pick up at this location. Its about a 45 minute drive for me so I wanted to ensure it was there before I came out. The email stated it would be ready between Oct 3rd - Oct 7th, I called on Oct 3rd and was told it wasn't there yet and to wait for the email stating it was. Oct 7th came and I still did not receive an email so I called again and was told it was there, so I made the 45 minute drive out there to get it. Once there I was told that there was a problem with scanning the order and they were working on it, it would be a few minutes.. ok. After about 5 minutes a young lady named Bree came out to let me know she hadn't forgot about me and was still working on it, 5 minutes later the store manager, Joanna, came out to tell me they were still having trouble and were calling customer service for help. Turns out there was an error and my packages could not be signed for or taken until it was fixed. After about 30 minutes I started getting frustrated, not at the employees but at what was happening.. These two employees went above and beyond to ensure there was an outcome that I was satisfied with. They both spend over an hour on hold waiting for customer service to look into it. They gave multiple options and even offered to ship it to me with no shipping charges if they couldn't get it fixed today. I really didn't want to leave without it, now that I have invested hours into this trip, so they kept trying. They could have said there was nothing they could do after the first try didnt work and I would have to come back to have it rescanned and purchased after a refund was credited, but they didn't. They were apologetic, emphatic and communicated everything that was happening. They started up a conversation while on hold and asked about my kids that theyclothes were for, they apologized hundreds of times and worked hard to ensure I was happy... After about a little over an hour I was ready to give up, to say forget it, pay off my card and never order with them again (this wasn't my first issue with orders and I needed to get back tk pick up my kids from school) but these two women did not give up, and probably saved your company from losing a customer. So even with all the issues I had, I'm giving this location a 5 star rating because the customer service I received from Joanna and Bree was that amazing. I deal with angry and upset customers for a living, being in management at a call center I have had my share of trying to make it right for the customer and the way they handled this situation could not have been better (even when I started getting upset and probably a little rude). So while I could ask to be compensated for all the troubles, I would much rather see these ladies be recognized for all the work they did to make a customer happy and keep them with your company. Thank you again Joanna and Bree, I was able to get my packages, get home in time to get my kids and they absolutely love all thier stuff!
