Benny's Lawn And Tree Care

Hired this company to remove a tree a grind a stump. Tree removal was around multiple electric and cable wires. Benny and his workers had no problem navigating around the wires and brought the tree down safely. Unfortunately he wasnt able to completely grind the stump due to one of my difficult neighbors complaining. Benny responded professionally and stopped grinding. He apologized for not being able to complete the job and then refunded the stump grinding charge willingly. I would definitely recommend this business! The owner Benny is professional and fair! Benny and his crew were hired to remove a downed tree as well as some stumps and logs from my yard. Additionally, we asked for him to drop grass seed and hay throughout the yard where he removed the tree stumps and logs. We also asked for him to bring in top soil to cover an old pool spot that is about 12x12. I advised him that wed like to grow grass (he was to plant seed and put hay down) and keep away ground bees that come each year in that spot. We agreed to his charge of $400. After he left it was noticed that the top soil contained a lot of rocks, large rocks most the size of my hand. There was also wood chips, a few pieces of glass, a beer bottle cap and a yard work glove. I texted him to advise him if this. He called me immediately acting surprised (he drove the truck to my house that had the dirt in it). He said the ground normally has rocks in it, which I agreed with except we asked for top soil and I told him I didnt even know how we could grow grass let alone mow it with all the rocks right on top. He stated he would come over that night to take a look. He never showed up and never called to say he wasnt coming. Its been a few weeks and I have picked up probably 1,000 rocks and still going. Grass is hardly growing but that could be because of the rocks or the lack of hay thrown down. Either way I dont think charging us $400 to bring rocks and crummy dirt to my house that probably came from another job was acceptable also not showing up to fix the problem. I will never hire him again or recommend him. Service: Tree stump removal

Benny and Co are not the typical company alike every lawn tree and what not services that are necessary upstate which must be done no matter what. Ive known him since he was young and he now has the BEST most professional lawn wood etc business in the tri state area as well as any area you require and request his services. Every call to Benny he responds immediately and is always ready to work or assist during emergencies. I would suggest to all that the work and overall professional business with these guys is 10/10. Trust me you will see if you have any work performed I ensure that your going to never use a different company. This company was started by Benny from the bottom and moved to the top with no mommy and daddy finding his needs. All companys up there are young kids who are unreliable, no experience, and have a business that their mom and daddy payes for. Ive had a terrible experience with Dannys company. Honestly Im dissatisfied with the work he does. Its obvious that he doesnt have a idea of what its like to be a small business owner. Bennys lawn and service is the best! Stick with Benny and you will be extremely happy with the results. Stay away from the spoiled kids from up there that had it handed to them. If you want a real contractor use Benny. If you want a joke spoiled kid to rely on use the worst company as stated. Thanks for your help Benny!
