Tri County Plumbing & Heating helped us on three different occasions. We started with replacing our outdoor spigots and progressed to a water softener installation, and a basement water situation, with two sump pump replacements. Regardless of the job scope, folks at Tri County were always very professional, responsive and reasonable. The last time they came to fix the water in our basement, they arrived within minutes of my desperate call, and when they realized they only had one sump pump in the van, they called their engineer on another job and got the second pump in within half an hour. Their office personnel is also very cordial and efficient. Overall, good people; work well done; pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended! our furnace died after a power outage. Tri county came promptly and figured out the problem, ordered a replacement part, and returned to install new part as soon as it was received. Service was skilled and professional and all the staff friendly and caring. We feel we are in very good hands with this company.

I've been using Tri County Plumbing & Heating for the past 3 years. They have always been very responsive, very professional, and always got the job done quickly. They're all very friendly and reasonable. These days it's not easy to find quality companies to do work in your house but Tri County has always done right by us so I'll continue to use them whenever I need them.
