Joe & Tony and the rest of the team at the Amendola Group really worked their magic and made our outdoor space a show piece. We needed a large retaining wall and patio that would compliment our 1908 historic home but we lacked the vision of how to do so. Joe worked with us throughout the design process to curate a hardscape of natural stone and had some other really greats ideas to maximize the use of our backyard and patio, while keeping us in our budget. When it came time for installation, the rest of the Amendola group were professional and an overall pleasure to work with. We look forward to working with this team again! We contacted Joe Amendola, owner of Amendola Group for a project at our home. We had an old rotting retaining wall that ran along our driveway. Besides the undesired look of the wall, we questioned its function. We had received quotes on the project from other businesses, however Joe was extremely honest in regards to what the project would take to get done. Looking at the numbers, I believed we would get what we paid for. Joe and his entire team were nothing but professional. They worked our project to completion in less than anticipated work time. My family loves the finish product. This is an organization we will continue to use and recommend to all of our friends and family because our experience has been nothing but phenomenal! We began the project wanting a pool, the Amendola team went above and beyond to make our yard a paradise- never did I imagine my home & yard to look this amazing! The project was done 2 months before the projected finish date. I watched as the team worked through snow, ice, and freezing cold conditions; while working they were an absolute pleasure to be around AT ALL TIMES! I cant say enough about how pleased I am with our pool/patio, landscaping, & walkway. I cant wait to hire them for future projects to makes improvements to the rest of our home.

I saw the owner of this company run out of his office and give the finger to cars passing by on 55 today. I wasnt going to say anything but this is the same guy Joe who I spoke to when I went in a couple weeks ago. he tried telling me the stone table in his office was quartzite. When I told him Im a mason and this stone is not real he said oh its not quartzite its quartz I told him quartz was a real stone too and he didnt know what to say. Theres nothing worse than dishonest contractors who get caught up in a lie and then to stand on your office front doorway giving the finger to one of the busiest roads in the Hudson valley really shows his character. I think somebody else who knows real construction should be in charge of this company - regardless they should not be lying about material (as some other people do not know better) and definitely should not be giving the finger to passing cars as a business owner Terrible I will not ever use this company for any construction I need done. Just another warning he tries to tell people he is in charge of all aspects of the construction done but he subs everything that isnt landscaping out thus over charging you when you could just call the company he subs out to you for a lower price. None of the carpentry, electric, or interior masonry is done by his team of workers. So if you choose to be hire this company - you will without question be lied to about material and overcharged. FYI just looking out for the region.

We have used the Amendola Group twice now for a complete patio renovation and stone work. Their work is top tier! Not only do they do beautiful work but the employees are a pleasure to deal with. They are professional, fast and incredibly knowledgeable on what they are doing. I would highly recommend using them for any type of construction project.
