Meg was a good dual realtor. Super kind and friendly and always kept in contact easily with us and answered us whenever we reached out. 10/10 service from her :) Unfortunately, not entirely happy with the purchase my husband and I were definitely lead on about the condition of the basement. Quite damp is what we were told it gets.. its been less than a month since the purchase and the basement has flooded 3 times during days of pouring rain, requiring a shop vac to empty out the water.. easily 70+ gallons of water dumped each time. I find it extremely hard to believe the sellers were unaware of this issue since it happened for the first time only a week after closing on the house.

A huge shout-out to Louis! He's hands down the best agent we've ever had the pleasure of working with. Louis possesses patience, extensive knowledge, honesty, creativity, AND is remarkably savvy. We couldn't have asked for a better representative for our home sale. Using his services was a smart decision, and we'll be turning to him again in the future.
