George Stephenson of Murphy Realty Group was absolutely wonderful to work with! He accommodated us with the difficulties of us living out of NYS, while trying to manage signing documents, travel difficulties during the pandemic, patiently waiting for us to get to NYS to physically clean out our parents home and make some minor repairs. This was a first for us, and he kept reminding us it was not the first for him. All of those conversations, reassurances and expertise lead to a successful sale of the home and property. Our family cannot thank him enough for every detail, big and small, that he guided us through.

George was our agent during the purchase of our vacation home in the Catskills. Since we were purchasing a house 2.5 hours away from where we work/live, George was flexible and looked at houses with us on weekday nights and weekends. He was patient throughout our house searching process, made good observations on the condition of the houses, offered good advice, and once we settled on a property, he worked relentlessly from start to finish. He was reliable, communicative, well connected, and truly a pleasure to work with. George also went above and beyond for us and was physically present at the house for the home inspection, meeting with a contractor, appraisal, and final walk through when we couldnt make it.
