Green Valley Landscaping

I should have paid closer attention to ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. I was taken for a big ride by this company. They sold me on four very expensive trees. They were delivered and then sat on my front lawn for nearly a week. After installing them, I was offered no instruction for their care. They seemed to fare badly. Then they told me I should be watering them daily! Oh well, I guess. Then the winter arrived and these so-called "deer resistant" trees were DEVOURED by deer. I mistakenly called Green Valley back asking them to help fix the problem. They charged me more money (!) to install a fence. That fence was so poorly designed and installed, I think a high schooler could have done a better job. They ran a span of flimsy netting about 9 feet across, so it collapses and bends under any weight at all, including the neck of a hungry deer. Now two of the trees are entirely destroyed, never to recover. Two others are maybe going to survive, so long as I'm vigilant daily about monitoring and building some proper permanent fencing. This is a complete and unmitigated disaster, that was very costly to me. Green Valley has shown no real interest in fixing the problem, searching instead for more opportunities to charge me to fix their mistakes. Im just incredibly sad from this whole experience. I was excited to get these trees installed and get some more privacy for my family. I did the right thing! I called the professionals. I didn't wing it. But instead I ended up with worse results. The only justice will be if other potential customers are fairly warned about the kind of care and service this company provides. I feel totally scammed and misled, and now Im left with a very expensive disaster, an eyesore that will forever remind me of the time I called Green Valley for help, and they instead took my money and ran. I just want to say. I am very happy with Avery and his team. I was very impressed when the job was completed. We renovated our yard and installed pavers, retaining wall and redid our driveway. The crews worked diligently and completed the projects. Our pool looks great. Professional work experience with this company. I am very happy with the environment there and I would recommend them to any one. I worked as the shop mechanic maintaining all the equipment there. They have great equipment and great workers.

Thank you Green Valley. We used another company. I will not say. But needless to say. Avery and his team came and repaired all the work and gave me a back yard that was perfect...... I highly recommend them. I know they do lots of work in ulster county.
