I recently hired this company to address a carbon monoxide issue with my boiler, and I couldn't be more satisfied. It was 20 degrees outside, we had no heat and couldnt stay in our home. They responded quickly, located the leak (as well as a crack in our liner) and provided a thorough fix resolving the problems and giving my family peace of mind. The company we had our contract with couldnt find the issue and simply blamed the chimney (which was recently serviced and then confirmed to be good when we called the chimney service to do an emergency inspection). They will also be our new annual service team since our former company couldnt find the issue. Most other companies would have been convincing us we need to spend thousands of dollars on a new boiler, but not these guys. They were honest and got us back in our home within 2 days. Archibald and his company were very knowledgable and helpful. They came right out as soon as I called and worked diligently to fix the problem. I would recommend them highly.

Had someone working ALONE on my hvac system his first day on the job. They left day one saying it was fixed, as they ran out I checked and we still had error codes. They send someone back (new guy again) and now our AC stops working all together. It took them three more trips (and more than 3 week) including one trip when they spent 2 hours installing the wrong part. Over 3k dollars AND charged us more than double what they had quoted us on the motor for the fan. Woman in the home office is the worst. Good luck if you call these guys. Service: HVAC system repair
