I called at least 5 times , owner only answered once, told me to email him the details I went ahead and did that and now its even 4 days not a single email back and when I call doesnt even pick up the phone , terrible business model

Great experience with Caliber! Hired them for two different projects, inside and outside. Dayton was super helpful and accommodating and the installation crew was thorough, curteous and overall outstanding! Highly recommend!!!

Great customer focus! Very happy with our experience here! Pricing was good, varied selection, and when our chosen piece of stone had a flaw that couldn't be polished out, we got to choose a replacement, any replacement, even a more costly item without increasing our cost. The template and the install teams arrived on time and were both VERY respectful of our home. And, of course, the finished countertops are beautiful!

great company, price was same as HD, advantage was seeing entire slab, very quick install and dealing with a local business. Install crew was great. highly recommend. Easy to find just look for sign in Kingston!

I have had great success with the wonderful folks at Caliber Granite. I've had several custom pieces cut to put on some of our furniture as I love the look of natural stone tops. I've probably spent several thousand dollars there in the past 2 years, and based on my experience with shops like these, Caliber has reasonable prices, incredible customer service, and a high quality inventory. We are adding a gas fireplace to our basement this spring, and soon we'll be back at Caliber Granite looking for the perfect stone to surround the fireplace. I highly recommend this company.
