When we have been able to get someone to *come and address problems, Jared has been excellent. However, it seems like your *office staff, Ryan, has been snoozing on the job for quite some time. Over the past few years, in succession, our capability to buzz people in from the desk unit went on the fritz; our sound failed on the desk unit; our video failed on the desk unit; and finally, the doorbell itself failed in 2020. In each of these instances, I called the office and sometimes Ryan's cell and got absolutely no reply or help, even after a couple irate emails and frustrated conversations with the office staff. We finally just gave up and disconnected the desk unit. For the last two years, people have been bashing on the door and I have to run down the hall to peer out the window and see who is there and let them in. Extremely poor level of service from your office staff.
