Paramount Garage-Transmission

My son was driving and broke down on the highway just outside of Kingston on a Friday afternoon. By the time he got towed off the highway and then AAA picked him up everything was closed. The tow truck driver dropped off the car at Paramount and my son was called the next morning by the manager. They made sure the car was ready Monday so he could return to school. Friendly group of guys there and they totally bailed us out.

Triple Eh to save the day. When I call AAA, these are the guys that jump, unlock, or tow my car. Nothing but professionals every time.

The worst.  Stay away.  They used to be good.  Now not.I've never experienced such blatant hostility to the customer as here.  It's shockingly bad.  When I asked the creep's name, he declined to give it and hung up on me.  I waited for 3 hours for a tow in 22*F weather with wind.  He actually was on the site and abandoned me while saying that "we don't leave anyone out in the cold."  When I said to him that he was doing exactly that to me, he drove away.  "Just leave the key over the visor.  We'll get around to it." I still don't know where my car is.  I may have to report it as stolen in the morning.  This was through AAA.  Shocking.  Also, actionable.So far, to the credit of AAA Northeast, they say that they will try to fix the problem.  But the problem already happened.
