Anja Wright was very much a part of this journey with us and we could feel her passion as though it was her own personal purchase! She was empathic to our ups and downs in this fast paced market but never allowed us to lose hope but encouraged options. We had multiple showings of which, she was always on time, allowed us to view the properties at our own pace and was totally professional. We could feel her excitement as we finally found our "forever home"! I used Anja Wright of Roncroft Realty to sell my home in Buffalo, NY (I live in Poughkeepsie, NY) this last summer and she was outstanding! Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research with a Broker friend of mine and she referred me to Anja Wright. Anja Wright of Roncroft Realty turned out to be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings, and because I was out of town. Roncroft Realty stood out as the best in Buffalo has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent, their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings (drones, cameras, video, etc). I spoke with Anja Wright over the phone initially and then met with her at my home in Buffalo. She performed a methodical inspection of my home before putting it on the market, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Anja Wright spent hours answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. I was concerned about the long distance with me being in Poughkeepsie and that my house that I was selling was located in a pretty good section of town and in a nice neighborhood. Anja Wright made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like doing an informal inspection, having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When I saw my listing, I was blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We had so many offers and the second buyer that saw the property put in a substantial offer. My house went under contract 14 days after we put it on the market at 20% over the asking price. I accepted and Anja Wright walked me through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience (especially with me being out of town). I would recommend the Roncroft Realty Team to everyone I know who wants to sell in the Buffalo Area. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice person. - [ ] We started our home search in Buffalo from St. Louis in July 2020 and coupled with an out of state search and a pandemic we knew it would be a challenge. We needed a realtor who could help us find a home in a neighborhood that fit our personality from 1,000 miles away which a lot to ask of a person. When we found Anja we knew after the first Zoom call that she would be a perfect fit. Anja took the time to really get to know us and guided us through neighborhoods and homes that she thought would meet what we wanted. Anja would give us very direct feedback that we didn’t always want to hear but that was in our best interest which exactly why why we chose her. We knew Anja would guide us to a home and a neighborhood that checked all our boxes and she helped us find one that fits us perfectly! Anja also has an amazing legal team that was responsive and supportive at every step of the way and we felt that we weren’t just a sale but actual people that they wanted to help become happy Buffalonians. And with Anja’s guidance and hand-holding, we found a home that we absolutely adore. We are so lucky that we found Anja and we’re going to miss her because she’s been such a huge part of our lives for three months. If I will be house hunting in the future, I will not hesitate to have Anja Wright as my real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional from the day we meet to the closing date. She responded to every email and text. I would like to thank you again for a great job.
