Joann was incredibly helpful in the sale of my house. She was my agent when I bought a house a few years ago so I've experienced her customer service from both sides. She always has her client at the forefront of her mind, advocating for what her client wants. She also does a great job at communicating during the process to make sure you know the status of where things are in the process and any next steps. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Joann worked tirelessly for months to help me find just the right house- then went beyond giving advice and a list of great people to help me get settled. She is the ultimate professional; hard working, conscientious, extremely knowledgeable about houses and the market and obviously loves what she does. Shes also a wonderful person and so easy to work with. I absolutely would recommend her and would work with her again!

My wife and I have struggled through an intense housing market. Joann was instrumental in helping us find our home. She was informative, helpful and objective. She took the time to get to know us and hear our needs. I am forever greatful. She was amazing!!! I would recommend to anyone.

If I could give her one star I would. Absolutely atrocious and deceptive person who failed to submit several offers I made on properties I viewed with her and would mislead me to believe she had in fact submitted the offers on my behalf. It seemed like she tried to "steer" me to certain properties which for some reason or other provided herself with greater profit as opposed to helping me obtain the properties I had interested in. After months of having repeated failed offers I made above the asking price not being accepted I decided to contact the listing agents of the properties she allegedly submitted the offers I had made on my behalf to. They informed me Mrs. Galluccio never submitted any of the offers I had made which is what I had suspected!! Considered reporting her misconduct to the NYS Board of Realtors but decided against it since it will likely be a waste of time since they never follow up complaints regarding agent misconduct. But I still may do it anyway since someone like this should not be allowed to work in the real estate industry. Buyers out there you are warned. This agent looks like the nicest person but in reality she is the most wicked, misleading, deceptive and evil of all of the agents I have ever come across. Do not believe what you see. Joanne is just no good!!!!
